How it all started

It started in Tembisa 25 years ago as Bakgotsi Club. A group of friends comprising of a variety of professionals (lawyers, Educators, and  Businessmen to mention but  just a few). Formed what is today known as Bakgotsi Club. 

The aim is to assist members and their families with monetary and moral support. Lending a hand in the event of a death within a family. Unveiling of tombstone, wedding ceremonies, and to cater for the social needs of the membership by, inter alia arranging functions and entertainment for members. To engage in fundraising activities and raise money for the assistance of the club towards the poor, sick, pensioners and students within its area of operation.
